House Resolution No. by Representative Schamerhorn commends the Simpson High School Lady Broncos track team for their outstanding achievement in winning the Louisiana High School Athletic Association 2025 Class C championship. The team secured their second consecutive state title by amassing eighty-three points at the Ochsner LHSAA Track & Field Meet held at Louisiana State University. Notable individual performances included Regan Clutter's first-place finish in the high jump and second in the long jump, Alyssa Rowe's second-place finishes in both the 1600-meter run and the 400-meter dash, and several other commendable placements by team members in various events.

The resolution recognizes the leadership of Head Coach Lynsey Rachel and Assistant Coaches Kayla Bush and Rachal Martin, as well as the dedication of the team members. The House of Representatives encourages the Lady Broncos to continue their pursuit of excellence in athletics and acknowledges their hard work and achievements, deserving of the highest recognition.
