House Resolution No. by Representative Muscarello commends the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office (TPSO) Mounted Division for its dedicated service to the community. This volunteer organization, comprised of deputies and their trained horses, plays a vital role in various activities throughout the year, including rescue operations, providing security at local events, and hosting the annual TPSO Mounted Division Rodeo. Established in 2011, the rodeo serves as a fundraiser to support the division's operational needs, and it has gained recognition as a "Rodeo of the Year" multiple times.

Additionally, the resolution recognizes the 2024 Rodeo Pageant Queens, who represent different age divisions within the pageant that began in 2016. The queens honored in this resolution include Miss Queen Maci Creekmore, Teen Miss Queen Braxlynn Perdue, Deb Miss Queen Kylee Dragon, Little Miss Queen Hallie Mae Locascio, and Petite Miss Queen Brayleigh Lehmann. The House of Representatives expresses its appreciation for the contributions of the TPSO Mounted Division and celebrates the achievements of the Rodeo Queens.
