In her professional capacity, Dr. Montgomery serves as the clinical director for the New Orleans Center for Hope and Change and Calabri Health in Texas. Additionally, she founded the Elle Foundation, which aims to provide support and social services to homeless youth and veterans at risk of homelessness.
