After graduating, Zac pursued a career in the United States Marine Corps but was medically discharged due to a back injury. He then transitioned to a role as a wildlife agent with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, where he was celebrated for his dedication to public service and his passion for the outdoors. The resolution honors Zac's memory and contributions, extending condolences to his family and loved ones, while also recognizing the impact he made on those around him through his faith, selflessness, and enthusiasm for life.
