EXPENDITURE EXPLANATION
Proposed law repeals the Occupational Licensing Review Commission. Repealing the commission may lead to an increase in
workload for the Department of Justice, Occupational Licensing Review Program (OLRP). The potential workload increase is
indeterminable at this time. The Department of Justice reports that they will likely be able to absorb the additional workload.
If the workload is greater than anticipated, the proposed law may lead to an increase in expenditures out of the Justice
Occupational Licensing Review Program Fund for additional staff and/or resources.
REVENUE EXPLANATION
There is no anticipated direct material effect on governmental revenues as a result of this measure.
