Existing law provides for requirements of selling a vehicle including the definition of
endorsement.
New law retains existing law and provides OMV shall accept a properly endorsed agreement
to sell regardless of errors in assignment of title.
New law provides for rulemaking authority.
Effective August 1, 2024.
