EXPENDITURE EXPLANATION
There is no anticipated direct material effect on governmental expenditures as a result of this measure. Proposed law
prohibits a person who is required to register as a sex offender or child predator from serving as an early voting
commissioner. Proposed law brings early voting commissioner qualifications in line with commissioners-in-charge,
commissioners, alternate commissioners, and watchers.
REVENUE EXPLANATION
There is no anticipated direct material effect on governmental revenues as a result of this measure.
