Summary Retain original provisions, except establish that if someone other than a parent is the grandchild's custodian, the burden of proof is the preponderance of the evidence standard and best interests of the child to determine grandparent visitation rights.

Summary Retain original provisions, except add that there shall be a rebuttable presumption that a fit parent acts in the best interest of the child.
