Summary
Retain original provisions; define "mineral" and "mineral interest" or "mineral estate"; establish that the provisions of the Act shall not be applied to bar or extinguish any right, title, estate, or interest in a mineral interest, mineral estate, or mineral, or any mining or other rights pertinent to or exercisable in connection with a mineral interest, mineral estate, or mineral; provide that the Act shall not be applied to bar or extinguish otherwise enforceable plats, covenants, or restrictions applicable to developments, communities, and homeowners' associations.
