This bill authorizes the Secretary of Corrections to convey certain real property located in Leavenworth County, Kansas, to Leavenworth County without consideration. The property includes specific blocks and parts of blocks in the Town of Delaware, along with all vacated alleys and streets within those blocks. The conveyance will be executed via a quitclaim deed and requires prior review and approval from the Attorney General. Additionally, all costs associated with the conveyance will be borne by Leavenworth County, and the transaction is exempt from the provisions of K.S.A. 75-3043a.

Furthermore, the bill allows the Secretary of Corrections to correct any inaccuracies in the legal description of the property before the conveyance, provided that the corrected deed also receives approval from the Attorney General. The act will take effect upon its publication in the statute book.
