This bill designates several highways and a bridge in Kansas to honor individuals and groups for their contributions and sacrifices. Specifically, it establishes the Kris Norton memorial interchange on K-10 highway, the Rep Marvin S Robinson memorial highway on K-5 highway, the CPL Monte Wayne Forrest memorial highway on United States highway 160, and the POW MIA memorial highway on United States highway 77. Additionally, it designates bridge No. 82-14-6.88 (026) in Clay County as the POW MIA memorial bridge. The bill mandates that the secretary of transportation place appropriate signage along these routes to indicate their memorial designations.

Furthermore, the bill amends K.S.A. 68-1037 to redesignate a portion of interstate highway 635 as the Harry Darby memorial highway, while also repealing the existing section of K.S.A. 68-1037. The secretary of transportation is authorized to accept and manage donations for the installation of suitable highway signs. The act will take effect upon publication in the statute book.
