SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2657 by Representative Waggoner
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2657 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2657 would amend current law relating to the membership of the Kansas State Fair
Board. The bill would require that one of the seven individuals appointed by the Governor to serve
on the Board be a resident of Reno County. The bill would take effect after publication in the
statute book.
The Kansas State Fair indicates that the enactment of the bill would not have a fiscal effect.
