SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for SB 348 by Senate Committee on Ways and Means
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning SB 348 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
Under current law, the Kansas Children’s Cabinet appoints an executive director for the
organization. SB 348 would require this appointment to be confirmed by the Senate.
The enactment of SB 348 would have no fiscal effect.
