SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2502 by Representative Hill
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2502 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2502 would designate the Abilene and Smoky Valley Railroad as the official heritage
railroad of the State of Kansas.
The Kansas Department of Transportation and the Historical Society indicate enactment of
the bill would have no fiscal effect.
