SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2362 by House Committee on Appropriations
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2362 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2362 would remove the requirement that the State Fire Marshal must approve initial
or renewal applications for licensure to operate a center, facility, or hospital that provides disability
services.
The State Fire Marshal indicates enactment of the bill would have no fiscal effect.
