Requires the Indiana board of pharmacy to establish standards and requirements for courses of education concerning Indiana and federal statutes and rules governing the practice of pharmacy. Requires an individual to pass the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination to be eligible for licensure as a pharmacist. Repeals or requires the amendment of certain administrative rules. Makes technical changes.
