Requires a state provider to include in an annual report concerning a workforce related program information regarding the number of participants who participated in another workforce related program after completing the program. Requires, not later than November 1, 2026, the department of workforce development to: (1) develop a plan to collect information from participants in a workforce related program after completion of the workforce related program to monitor outcomes for the participants; and (2) submit a report describing the plan to the legislative council.
