Provides that choice of law and certain indemnity provisions contained in contracts entered into, amended, or renewed after June 30, 2026, between a school and a vendor are against public policy and are void and unenforceable. Provides that a public school, including a charter school, that refuses to allow certain organizations to provide information to students on school property are subject to a reduction of state tuition support.
