Provides that certain indemnity provisions contained in contracts entered into, amended, or renewed after June 30, 2026, between a school, including a charter school, and a vendor are against public policy and are void and unenforceable. Provides that a choice of law provision that subjects a vendor contract to the laws of a state other than Indiana is against public policy and is void and unenforceable Provides that an organization may submit a grievance to the department of education if a public school refuses to allow the organization to provide information to students under certain conditions.
