Amends the Illinois Plumbing License Law. In provisions concerning plumbing contractors, provides that the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation shall provide notices to each licensee regarding application for registration on or before July 1 of each year. Requires the Department to accept application materials on and after July 1 of each year.
