Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that the Director of Revenue may exchange information with the Department of Labor for the purpose of administering and enforcing Acts within the Department of Labor's statutory authority.
Senate Committee Amendment No. 1: Provides that the Director of Revenue may make information available to the Department of Labor for the purpose of administering the Equal Pay Act of 2003 (in the introduced bill, the Director of Revenue may exchange information with the Department of Labor for the purpose of administering and enforcing Acts within the Department of Labor's statutory authority).
