Amends the Executive Reorganization Implementation Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
House Floor Amendment No. 1: Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Charitable Trust Stabilization Act. Provides that, to receive a grant under the Act, an organization must (1) provide evidence of good standing from the Secretary of State; (2) provide documentation showing that the organization is currently registered with the Attorney General's Charitable Trust Bureau and copies of the organization's AG-990-IL Illinois Charitable Organization Annual Report for each of the past 3 years; (3) certify that it has adopted a nondiscrimination policy that complies with the Illinois Human Rights Act and all applicable federal and State laws; and (4) have at least one of the following: the equivalent of one full-time paid employee or a designated fiscal agent and a physical office address from which charitable services are provided.
