Amends the Public-Private Partnerships for Transportation Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
Senate Floor Amendment No. 1: Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a restricted commercial driver's license for farm-related service industries shall be available for a seasonal period or periods not to exceed a total of 210 (rather than 180) days in any 12-month period.
