Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Revenue for its FY26 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2025.
Senate Floor Amendment No. 3: Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends Public Act 104-3 by adding, changing, and repealing various State Fiscal Year 2026 appropriations. Makes appropriations and reappropriations for capital and operating expenditures and other purposes for State Fiscal Year 2027. Some provisions are effective immediately; other provisions are effective July 1, 2026.
