Amends the Workplace Transparency Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
House Floor Amendment No. 1: Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Workplace Transparency Act. In provisions concerning recoverable damages, removes references to "consequential damages". Effective January 1, 2026.
