Amends the Local Government Electronic Notification Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
House Floor Amendment No. 1: Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Public Officer Prohibited Activities Act and the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that an alderperson may serve as an emergency worker and receive compensation for that service.
