Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Revenue for its FY23 ordinary and contingent expenses.
Senate Floor Amendment No. 3: Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends Public Act 103-6 by adding, changing, and repealing various State Fiscal Year 2024 appropriations. Makes appropriations and reappropriations for capital and operating expenditures and other purposes for State Fiscal Year 2025. Some provisions are effective immediately; other provisions are effective July 1, 2024.
