Additionally, the bill includes a sunset provision, stating that the provisions of this act will be null and void after July 1, 2029. It also declares an emergency, making the act effective on July 1, 2026. The comprehensive analysis will cover various aspects, including labor market information, student demographics, and outcomes, with the goal of enhancing the program's alignment with the state's economic needs and improving student access and success.
