This bill amends Section 59-501 of the Idaho Code to revise the salaries of state elective officers, including the governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, and other officials. The governor's salary will be adjusted to $143,820 per annum starting January 2027, and will increase to $151,400 per annum beginning January 2028. The attorney general's salary will also see a similar adjustment, starting at $139,393.50 in January 2027 and then increasing to $146,730 in January 2028.
