This bill appropriates additional funds to the State Appellate Public Defender for the fiscal year 2026, totaling $139,800, which includes $129,500 for personnel costs, $8,200 for operating expenditures, and an insertion of $2,100 for capital outlay. Additionally, the bill increases the full-time equivalent position authorization for the State Appellate Public Defender by one position for the same fiscal period.
