Additionally, the bill clarifies that procuring, counseling, or assisting someone in such exposure also constitutes a misdemeanor.

Furthermore, the bill stipulates that individuals who are found guilty of these offenses for a third time within five years will be charged with a felony, with potential imprisonment of up to five years. It also includes a provision stating that the law does not apply to breastfeeding or expressing breast milk for feeding a child. The bill is declared to be an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval.
