Additionally, the bill outlines provisions for institutions that do not currently have a compliant display, stating they must accept privately donated copies that meet the specified requirements and display them accordingly. If an institution possesses a non-compliant display, it may replace it with a compliant one through private donations. The bill also allows for the donation of excess displays to other educational institutions. An emergency clause is included, making the act effective on July 1, 2025.
