This bill amends Section 59-502 of the Idaho Code to revise the salary structure for judges, specifically the justices of the supreme court. The current salary of $169,508 will be increased to $181,374, effective July 1, 2024. The bill outlines a series of salary increases for the justices over the following years, with the salary set to rise to $194,070 on July 1, 2026, $207,655 on July 1, 2027, and finally to $222,190 on July 1, 2028. Additionally, the salaries of judges in the court of appeals, district judges, and magistrate judges are adjusted relative to the supreme court justices' salaries.
