This bill amends Section 59-502 of the Idaho Code to revise the salaries of judges, specifically increasing the salary of justices of the supreme court from $169,508 to $215,000 per annum, effective July 1, 2025. Additionally, it establishes a salary structure for other judges, where judges of the court of appeals will earn $8,000 less than supreme court justices, district judges will earn $6,000 less than court of appeals judges, and magistrate judges will earn $8,000 less than district judges.
