Providing a new definition of a candidate political committee and ensuring that candidate political committees
are subject to the same campaign finance reporting requirements as other political committees.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local government nor does it cause an
increase or decrease in revenue for the state or local government therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
