STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS31569 / S1422
Idaho Statute § 67-9211 limits when/how the Division of Purchasing can award multiple contracts for the same
or similar property and requires agencies to evaluate specific criteria when choosing between contracts awarded
under a multiple award. The statute will be updated to provide more flexibility and updated criteria.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation will have no impact on the State's General Fund or any dedicated or federal fund because the
structure and staffing are currently in place to implement the statute.
