STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS31305 / H0709
Requires that products, including but not limited to, iron and steel are to be manufactured in the United States
to be used to build and/or maintain public buildings and public works carried out by any public agency in Idaho.
Also allowing for a provision that exempts the use of said products if necessary.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation does not have an impact on the State's General Fund.
