STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS31466 / H0674
This appropriation for the Public Charter School Commission provides enhancements to the FY 2025
maintenance budget that includes an additional 2% change in employee compensation (CEC).
FISCAL NOTE
This appropriation provides an additional $8,900 to the maintenance appropriation provided to State Board
of Education agencies found in House Bill 458. Table 1 shows incremental adjustments to the budget found
in the bill, of which the ongoing increase is $8,900 and three are no onetime appropriations. Table 2, shows
all adjustments leading to the FY 2025 Total. The total budget for the Public Charter School Commission is
$724,900.
