STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS31331 / H0631
This legislation is an inflationary adjustment measure to increase the cost threshold of public works projects to
entice more public works contractors to obtain licenses on the lower end of the project cost spectrum.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government nor does it
cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state government, therefore it has no fiscal impact.
