STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS31149 / H0616
This legislation ensures that the parent of a minor over 14 years of age is able to obtain mental health records
under certain circumstances.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local government nor does it cause an
increase or decrease in revenue for the state or local government therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
