STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS31373 / S1368
A person who is not licensed in Idaho to place children for adoption may not advertise, accepts/supplies,
provides/obtains or places children for adoption shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
FISCAL NOTE
The only possible costs associated with this legislation would be prosecutors costs of the courts.
