STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
                                                     RS31264 / H0553
This is a FY 2025 appropriation bill for the Soil and Water Conservation Commission. It appropriates a total of
$5,016,600 and caps the number of authorized full-time equivalent positions at 17.75. The bill funds two FY
2025 enhancements, which provides funding to increase the distribution to soil and water districts; and onetime
funding for the water quality program for agricultural (WQPA).
