STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS31296 / S1321
This proposal allows disabled veterans to acquire up to two disabled veteran license plates for free instead of
only one, in the event a veteran needs another plate for a second vehicle.
FISCAL NOTE
The maximum fiscal impact possible is estimated to be roughly $300,000 in the unlikely event that every
possible disabled veteran in the state was to plate a second vehicle.
