STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS31282 / S1298
This legislation amends Idaho Code Sections 50-1301 and 55-1902 to revise the definition of “Basis of Bearing.”
The revision creates two options for defining the Basis of Bearing rather than a two-prong definition.
FISCAL NOTE
Enactment of this legislation will have no impact on the General Fund other than the minimal costs involved
with making the requisite ministerial change to Idaho Code.
