STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS31084 / S1308
If a local school district decides to have a family life and sex education program, this legislation would have
them include information on adoption for the well-being of a child.
FISCAL NOTE
The cost of information for the program would be included in the curriculum purchased by the local school
district, which is included in their budget.
