STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This legislation would amend Idaho's Lewd Conduct with Minor Child Under Sixteen statute (I.C. §18-1508)
to make it inapplicable to people who are less than three (3) years older than the victim.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government nor does it
cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government. Therefore, the legislation would have
no fiscal impact.
