The intent of this bill is to prevent individuals from obtaining the precise location of wildlife through a public
records request for purposes of unfair chase, hunter harassment, or other inappropriate uses.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation has no impact on any appropriated funds because it is merely restricting access to public records
that can be used to locate and track wild game.
