STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS30869 / S1231
This legislation amends Idaho Code 36-1402 to make any person with outstanding fines for violations of this
title ineligible for any hunting, fishing, or trapping license, tag, or permit.
FISCAL NOTE
Enactment of this legislation will have no substantial impact on the General Fund. The only minimal costs
involved will result from making the requisite ministerial change to Idaho Code.
