STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS30904 / S1228
This legislation repeals section 18-3309, Idaho Code, and replaces it with a new section 18-3309, Idaho Code,
that prohibits limitations regarding concealed weapons at public colleges and universities.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation will have no significant impact on the General Fund. The only expenses incurred would be the
costs necessary to promulgating the changes to Idaho Code.
