STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This is a trailer appropriation bill to S1043. S1043 established a charter school revolving loan fund and
establishes the criteria for eligibility to receive a loan.
FISCAL NOTE
This bill transfers $50,000,000 from the General Fund to the Charter School Revolving Loan Fund, onetime.
