STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS30690 / H0328
This bill provides that any data center as defined in Idaho code 63-3622VV(2)(f) making capital investments
of least $250,000,000 in 5 years and creating and maintaining at least 30 new jobs in 2 years shall be added to
the property tax base assessment roll.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds for the state government, nor does it cause an increase
or decrease in revenue for state government. Therefore, the legislation has no fiscal impact.
